Marriage location, wedding reception venue, or even your honeymoon location - in watercolour, acrylic or oil.
 
You can (but don't have to) buy the original - instead you can simply have prints of your chosen location.
Even if it's not in his current portfolio, just tell him where you'd like painted and you're welcome to take either the original and/or print(s).
